Refund policy

Cancellations
- You have one hour from placing your order to cancel it.
- After this window, your order will have entered processing and cannot be cancelled.
- Please double-check your order details and shipping address before completing your purchase.
Replacements
- If your item arrives incorrect or with a printing defect, we will look to replace it at no cost to you. However, replacements are not guaranteed.
- To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Please quote your order number and include a photo clearly showing the issue.
- Replacements will be dispatched once the claim has been reviewed and approved.
- We reserve the right to assess each claim individually and decline requests that do not meet our replacement criteria.
Returns
- You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You will then have an additional 14 days to send the item(s) back.
- To be eligible, the item must be returned in its original, unused, and resalable condition. Items that have been written in, coloured, or damaged by the customer cannot be accepted.
- You must notify us of your intention to return within the 14-day window, quoting your order number.
- A return address will be provided once your return has been agreed upon. Please do not send items back without prior agreement.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless it is as a result of our error.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item and having done the necessary checks in line with our returns policy (see the second bullet point under ‘returns’).
Damaged or Faulty Items
- Every book is quality-checked before dispatch, but if your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
- Please quote your order number and include a photo of the damage.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Exclusions
- Personalised or custom-made items are exempt from our standard returns policy and are non-refundable unless faulty.
